When you go to the eyewear shops, you probably will confuse with several options whether it is the frames option or lens option with the cheap eyeglasses price. It is important to know the eyeglass types when you want to buy eyeglass so you don’t need to confuse when choosing it. There are many kinds of lens types that available in eyewear shop.

The eyeglasses lens types is divide into Vision Correction types. This type is including some kind of lenses. They are Single Vision, Bifocal, Trifocal and Progressive. Single vision lens is used to correct myopia and hypermetropia. The lens is made to correct only one field of vision, either myopia or hypermetropia. Bifocals are prescription eyeglass lenses, which are a combination of two different powers. Meaning each lens can aid both near and far vision. Generally the lower part of the lens, a semicircle or half lower part helps see object at closer distance and the upper part aids focusing on far distances. Trifocal lens is used to correct problem viewing the ‘in-between’ area both of distance vision and close vision. While progressive lens is use to resolve and eliminates the lines between the focal areas and gives a better look. There are two different material that eyeglasses used to wear, it from glasses and also plastic.
