Wreaths are an old tradition. We can track it down from the days of Greek and Roman Empire. Wreaths are symbol of a person rank and status. In Greek myth, Apollo, the son of Zeus, had a laurel wreath to show his love and respect for Daphne. For Greek and Roman farmers, the harvest wreath which is blessed by a priest will take away the possibilities of plagues and failed harvest.  During Christmas, there will be the advent wreath as a sign of everlasting life brought to Jesus Christ. Wreaths were also appearing in funeral to symbolize the love to the lost one.

In general there are two kinds of DOOR WREATHS. The first is outdoor wreath. Just as the name suggested, in order having a good outdoor wreath, we have to consider the humidity, heat and the sun light.  The silk wreath mostly recommended for your outdoor wreath. The second is indoor wreath.  For indoor wreath, there are various wreaths to choose.  There will be fewer problems related with humidity, heat and sun light. You may have blossom wreaths, Caribbean Sunshine, bay breeze and any fresh wreaths.

Various beautiful wreaths may enchant you to have them all being put in your door front. But first you should consider this. Exterior door will look nice with a medium size wreath. For most interior door, a small wreath will look fit in nicely. And for your fireplace, a big size wreath will help you to warm up the day.
